Frequently Asked Questions
How long do guests spend at the oceanfront landing site?
The landing is part of the 75-minute tour and provides time to step out of the helicopter, enjoy the private North Shore setting and take photos of the coastline. The exact amount of time on the ground can vary depending on flight and weather conditions.
Is the oceanfront landing on Molokai?
No. The private landing site is located on Maui’s North Shore. The helicopter also crosses the channel to view Molokai’s remote sea cliffs, waterfalls and valleys before continuing the sightseeing flight over West Maui.
What footwear is best for the private landing?
Comfortable, secure shoes are recommended because guests exit the helicopter onto natural outdoor terrain rather than a paved airport surface. Loose footwear and high heels may be less practical for walking and taking photos at the landing area.
