Aloha Wailea Luau turns the fairways of Wailea Blue Golf Course into a night celebration with coastline views, island cuisine, hands-on cultural fun and a Polynesian show beneath the stars.
Come early to make a lei, try a ukulele, play Hawaiian games and browse an artisan market of jewelry, clothing, sweets and other Maui-made goods that set a relaxed tone before dinner.
The buffet features local favorites such as kalua pork, huli huli chicken, fresh Maui fish, ahi poke, lomi lomi salmon, crisp greens, tropical salads, sweet rolls, haupia and other desserts, plus a keiki (kids) menu. Mai Tais and other drinks flow freely from the open bar all evening.
The performance follows Pacific wayfinders who navigated vast ocean routes by stars and currents, told through elegant hula, vibrant Tahitian dance, fire poi and a thrilling Samoan fire-knife finale that honors the spirit and traditions of Polynesia.

Both packages include cultural activities, dinner, the Polynesian show, open bar and free parking. VIP guests receive preferred seating, a kukui nut lei instead of a shell lei, early entry to the luau grounds and first access to the buffet.
Is Aloha Wailea Luau suitable for younger children?
Yes. The luau offers a dedicated keiki menu with familiar options such as macaroni and cheese, cheeseburgers, grilled cheese and fries. The two-hour program is also shorter than many Maui luaus, which may be helpful for families with younger children.
What happens if the weather is bad on the night of the luau?
The luau is normally held outdoors at Mulligans on the Blue overlooking the Wailea Blue Golf Course. During inclement weather, the event may be moved indoors so the dinner, cultural activities and show can continue.
