Roberts Hawaii - Maui Arrival Airport Shuttle
Shuttle service is available only to hotels on Maui. Condominiums and residential addresses are not included.
Transportation is provided from Kahului Airport to popular resort areas across the island, including Kahului, Kihei, Wailea, Makena, Kaanapali, Napili, and Kapalua.
Roundtrip options are available by booking both arrival and departure shuttles together for added convenience.

🧳 Additional Baggage
Each passenger may bring 2 suitcases and 1 carry-on item. Children’s car seats, strollers, and wheelchairs are transported free of charge. Extra luggage is subject to an additional fee, payable directly upon boarding.

Where & When
Arrival: After collecting your luggage at baggage claim, please call Roberts Hawaii dispatch at 808-871-6226. You will then receive instructions on where to find your shuttle.
Restrictions
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made outside of 48 hours from service day are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours from service day are non-refundable. If you would like to make a change to your reservation outside of 48 hours, if there is availability, we may be able to accommodate.
