Shuttle service is available only to hotels on Maui. Condominiums and residential addresses are not included.
Transportation is provided from Kahului Airport to popular resort areas across the island, including Kahului, Kihei, Wailea, Makena, Kaanapali, Napili, and Kapalua.
Roundtrip options are available by booking both arrival and departure shuttles together for added convenience.

Can the Maui airport shuttle take guests to a vacation rental or private residence?
No. Shuttle service is available only between Kahului Airport and participating Maui hotels. Condominiums, vacation rentals and residential addresses are not serviced, so travelers staying at those properties will need to arrange another form of transportation.
How do arriving passengers find their shuttle at Kahului Airport?
After collecting all checked luggage, passengers must call Roberts Hawaii dispatch at 808-871-6226. The dispatcher will provide current instructions for reaching the assigned shuttle pickup location at the airport.
How much luggage can each passenger bring on the shuttle?
Each passenger may bring two suitcases and one carry-on item. Strollers, children's car seats and wheelchairs are transported at no additional charge, while extra standard-size suitcases are subject to a fee paid directly when boarding.
