Each passenger may bring 2 suitcases and 1 carry-on. Childrenā€™s car seats, strollers, and wheelchairs are transported free of charge. Extra items are subject to the following fees, payable directly upon boarding:

$10.00 per additional standard-size suitcase (per piece)
$25.00 per heavy box, oversized luggage (over 50 lbs), or musical instrument
$40.00 per surfboard (6' or less)
$40.00 per bicycle (must be dismantled)

Restrictions
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made outside of 48 hours from service day are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours from service day are non-refundable. If you would like to make a change to your reservation outside of 48 hours, if there is availability, we may be able to accommodate.
