There will be a Malolo crew member waiting at a table outside the store to help you get checked-in. Paid parking is available at Maui Harbor Shops / Maui Ocean Center and at Ma'alaea Harbor around the boat slips. Give yourself extra time to account for traffic, weather, road construction, parking, and the walk from the parking lot to the boat slip (10-15 minutes) in order to arrive at check-in 30 minutes prior to departure.

When whale activity and ocean conditions allow, the crew uses an underwater hydrophone to play live humpback whale songs aboard the catamaran. The sounds heard vary because whales do not vocalize continuously near the vessel.
