Check in 45 minutes prior to your selected tour time at the Pacific Whale Foundation's Ocean Store at the Maui Harbor Shops, which shares a parking lot with Maui Ocean Center, located at 192 Maalaea Rd, Wailuku (GPS address). View Map
Parking is paid throughout the harbor. Please review signage upon arrival.
Restrictions
Wheelchairs: Due to the design of Pacific Whale Foundation vessels none of the vessels are truly wheelchair accessible. Some vessels have really high steps so it is not suggested even with assistance to board from another member of your group due to the fact that vessel type is subject to change without notice.

What happens if no whales are seen during the cruise?
Whale sightings are guaranteed. If no whales are spotted, guests may join another eligible Pacific Whale Foundation whale watch cruise free of charge, subject to the operator's return-trip terms and availability.
Is there anything special for children aboard the whale watch?
Yes. The cruise includes a Jr. Naturalist Program designed to help children learn about humpback whales and Maui's marine environment. Certified marine naturalists also provide live narration throughout the two-hour trip.
Can passengers hear whale songs during the tour?
When whales are vocalizing nearby and conditions allow, the crew lowers an underwater hydrophone so guests can listen to whale sounds from beneath the surface. Hydrophone use and the sounds heard will vary with whale activity.
